Inserting pictures into thread - Guild Wars Forums

Could you help please, i want to sell some items from GW in the sell forum but i dont know how to insert pictures. I click on the insert picture thing and then it says enter a code or something like that, i dont know what that is. I took screenshots of my pictures, pasted them into word and cropped them, how do i get them into thread?

sorry im really not very technological and i need precise instructions
